Step 1: Fixing PCB and Applying Solder Paste

Step 2: SMT Component Placement

Step 3: Reflow Soldering

The PCBs are cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner or alcohol to remove any residue without damaging the encapsulation. This step ensures a clean, professional finish.

The final step involves a thorough visual inspection to meet factory standards. The LED strips are then packaged in anti-static bags with detailed labels, including voltage, power, and LED count, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
